Description

New Engen is seeking a Senior Manager of Programmatic within our Media Services team who is an experienced practitioner, obsessed with creating great marketing experiences and earning trust with our clients. As our “next-generation marketer,” this is an exciting and meaningful role ideal for someone with enthusiasm, dedication, and a real passion for growing our company to its next phase.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client success through excellence in digital media strategy and execution across display, video, audio and digital out-of-home channels
  • Lead a team of media associates through coaching and performance management, developing the next generation of New Engen leaders
  • Independently oversee team’s flawless execution against media plans and client objectives, inclusive of asset management, creative concepts, bid strategy, and channel attribution.
  • Oversee and QA Associate and Senior Associate work
  • Work directly with enterprise clients as a channel lead to build strong partnerships and develop best practice strategy, testing, execution plans
  • Lead channel and creative testing opportunities to drive performance and creative insights
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to drive client business growth, constantly seeking out opportunities to grow the account, upselling and cross-selling digital channels
  • Be a proactive problem solver, identifying issues and developing solutions to ensure excellence across clients and campaigns

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of related experience with a focus on digital media execution through The Trade Desk, DV360, and/or other DSPs; experience with publisher-direct buys a plus
  • Shopper marketing & retail media network experience a plus
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and attribution concepts
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, tailoring communication styles to audience across various levels, styles, and cultures
  • Proven success in maintaining effective client relationships at all levels
  • Ability to solve complex business problems beyond the day-to-day hands-on execution
  • Ability to work in an agile, committed, and dynamic team environment
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to distill insights from large data sets, identify trends and synthesize recommendations
  • Self-starter, independent, quick and continuous learner

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
