Description Of Duties
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $114,000 - $205,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Description Of Duties
- Analyzes data to support development of research proposals, project analysis plans, & project specifications.
- Manages a strategic development team and provides necessary support and guidance.
- Supervises facilitation of development, implementation, and adherence of test plans and procedures
- Develops and utilizes forecasting models to plan resources and operational support for the assigned test group.
- Oversees development, execution, and analysis of software test results.
- Analyzes data-driven results to evaluate effectiveness of current product testing programs and processes to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Selects, monitors, and assesses staff performance supporting growth and development
- Sets and executes operational objectives for area of responsibility, in alignment with global peers.
- Manages objectives for both cross-functional teams and direct reports.
- Ensures strict adherence to corporate prototype security policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
- Monitors and evaluates performance, provides feedback, guidance, development, training and task direction to assigned staff.
- Minimum six to eight (6-8) years of managerial or leadership experience required.
- Excellent understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.
- In-depth knowledge of game development processes and project management.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols.
- Extensive industry knowledge.
- Associate or undergraduate degree in software engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
