Fidelity Digital Assets℠ is an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. It is the first step towards a long-term vision to create a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing eligible digital assets.
The Role

This role which will be working with business partners throughout Fidelity and externally. Be a part of the initial build from the design of the forms to the policies and procedures. The Project Manager will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets℠ Services Tax capabilities and will be asked to seek out and drive new projects that add value to the business. Some of the known key focus areas that will require support include:
Develop & implement tax reporting, state withholding remittance and reporting, manage projects for the information reporting, and host retrospectives.
Development of policies and procedures for tax forms and state withholding process
Work across Fidelity and with external business partners to ensure the most accurate and complete reporting for our clients, while ensuring the business partners are a part of the development
The Expertise And Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Project management experience preferred.
Deep tax knowledge.
Experience with withholding and remittance.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively while working with diverse teams in cross-collaborative environments.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Timely and successful delivery of tax forms to our clients, as well as remittance to the state and federal government
Ability to go above and beyond the base level of analysis help with strategy on key business decisions.
The ability to take sophisticated topics and explain the key points to technical and non-technical audiences.

As a key part of the product delivery cycle, the Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning team collaborates deeply with Fidelity Digital Assets℠’ product, operations, sales, and service teams to ensure business readiness for the rollout of new or enhanced capabilities and key cross-business initiatives. Fidelity Digital Assets℠ is a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments dedicated to building products and services that help institutional and retail investors access digital asset markets.
