- Drive sales productivity, census and occupancy for assisted living, health centers and memory care at enterprise level and within each community.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and monitor and promote Sales Directors and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals.
- In collaboration with the support center and local community, develops annual census, occupancy, and budgetary goals.
- Develop and implement, company-wide sales and move-in training curriculum and systems protocols.
- Participate in sales presentations and callouts with sales and move-ins for the purpose of coaching and monitoring performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referral.
- Manage the different health care payor sources to include Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMO’s and private pays; and can correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace.
- Lead the development and implementation of occupancy improvement action plans for struggling properties.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten to twelve years CCRC sales experience
