Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Operations: Execute manufacturing processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Equipment Handling: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and continuous production.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of manufacturing activities, including batch records, logbooks, and electronic systems.
- Quality Assurance: Perform in-process quality checks and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering, to support manufacturing goals
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, GMP regulations, and SOPs. Experience with aseptic processing and cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams.
