The Position Is With The Manufacturing And Validation Team Within The Global Engine Development – NA Organization Based At The Mossville Technical Center. The Individual Will Be Accountable For
Provide manufacturing solutions to the assembly and disassembly of engines
Develop and implement assembly processes in line with Caterpillar standard processes
Provide analysis to drive to root cause and/or determine improvements, and lead projects to develop and implement solutions
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, develops solutions, and monitors improvements
Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers
Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements
Improve Value Stream metrics by defining and implementing process improvement activities

Provide manufacturing support to engine builds/testing
