As the Plant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success:
Play a pivotal role in launching a state-of-the-art production operation.
Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in production and efficiency.
Oversee all aspects of the production facility, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
Lead a team and champion a positive, family-oriented work culture.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.
Report directly to the President and make a real impact on the company's success.
Work Experience
We're looking for someone with:
10+ years of manufacturing experience or in a related industry, such as rubber or plastics manufacturing
A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
A proven track record of managing operations, logistics, and inventory control
Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as needed
