Manufacturing Welder

Randstad is looking for experienced TIG welders for a well established company in Rocky Mount, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance Qualifications:
• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
  
  

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Must be able to accurately useinterpret measuring tools. TIG welding thin gauge stainless steel sheet (typical min. 18 GA, typical max. 11 GA). Ability to read and understand standard 3 view drawings. Ability to set and maintain welding equipment.

• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
