Market Access Specialist

Discover International are working with some growing clients in the Radiopharma space looking to expand their commercial divisions with contract to perm employees as they look to go into their next phase.

They will be looking for mainly Market Access Consultants on a temp to perm basis working remotely with the occasional site visit. Other areas will include National Accounts, Sales/Business Development, Marketing and Regulatory.

• Develop and implement data-driven insights and analytics from multiple data sources to support market access activities and opportunities, including payer engagements, formulary placements, and reimbursement strategies.
• Expertise in at least two of the following domains: Deals, Regulatory, Quality, Labeling, or Supply Chain
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of useful market research methods and market access influence factors in the Radio Industry.
• Develop and execute Arrowhead’s market access strategy and operations across payer segments, distributors, patients, and hospital systems.
• Work closely with Marketing and Medical Affairs team.
• Lead field reimbursement teams including hiring, deploying, and optimizing the team’s plan

Requirements:

• Up to 10 Years Direct Pharmaceutical Experience with around 5+ Years Direct Radiopharmaceutical Experience
• Strong Commercial background in leading and building out teams
• Ability to work cross functionally across various divisions and continents including out of standard hours
• Track record of successful brand launches or market access leadership of in-line brands in the US market.
• Solid understanding of foundational market access and pricing competencies, including payer strategy.
