If so, we should talk!

About us...

We're looking for an experienced digital marketing account and project manager who is ready to take on the challenge to manage key accounts and help us grow our agency. Candidates with experience working at a growing and scaling an agency are especially encouraged to apply.

Our team is made up of 20 amazing team members who deliver brand, website, marketing / communications and demand generation services. We work across multiple industries with concentration in healthcare, infrastructure and technology.

We're growing fast, so for the right person - one who takes charge, learns fast, solves problems and produces great work, this position offers a ton of upward mobility.

Here's an overview of some of the project's we're currently working on:

  • Saving Lives - Launching a National Awareness Campaign to Stop Fentanyl Overdoses
  • Curing Alzheimer's - By Attracting Underrepresented Communities to Participate in Research
  • Preventing COVID - Launching a Vaccine Awareness Campaign
  • Improving Access to Medication - Building a Health Care Website for a Virtual Pharmacy
  • Advancing Tech Infrastructure - Helping an Enterprise Data Storage Company Go To Market
  • Changing Business Finance - Launching a B2B FinTech Brand
  • Enabling Secure Communications - Working with a Cyber Security technology company
  • And much more...

A day in the life...

You start off your day by jumping into Wrike and checking in on the overall landscape of our agency’s work for your clients. You take note of progression on projects, catch potential issues, and ensure that the team is working in the system.

Next you jump on an all team video call to connect with your colleagues. The call is positive and energetic. You hear about everyone's weekend adventures, see vacation pictures, and see everyone's pets, children and newborn babies.

That flows into team breakouts to check in on open projects - what the team is working on today, anything you need from your colleagues, and anything blocking or holding up projects.

You take this opportunity to stay in the loop on all of your open projects - a rebrand and website build for a healthcare organization and several digital marketing retainer engagements in the tech, manufacturing and construction / infrastructure spaces. You ensure that work is being delivered on time and that all of our resourcing needs are planned out.

There are also a few client requests that came through unexpectedly and have to be trafficked. You’re able to move a couple of things around to accommodate and set the expectation for when client services can reasonably have it.

From there, you grab some coffee or tea, catch up on emails and your calendar, and take 5 or 10 minutes for yourself to clear your mind and prepare for the rest of the day.

Next, you jump into a weekly meeting with our project management team where you assess the health of our projects. You flag any projects that are off track and develop a plan to get them back in line.

Lunch time - you grab a quick bite to eat, play with your dog and get some fresh air.

Before getting back at it, you take a few minutes to invest in yourself, catching up on some blogs or watching a couple of educational videos.

The agency has landed a new health care client and we have the green light to start. You have been in the loop since early on, working with the sales team and director of client services to build out a plan during the sales process. You finalize that plan and coordinate timelines with our creative and marketing teams. Based on that, you finalize the plan and load it into Wrike with assignments to the team. You set up an internal kickoff meeting to brief the team and a client kickoff meeting to make introductions and set the vision for the engagement.

The day is coming to a close. You check into Wrike to make a few updates. You hop on a quick slack video call to check in with one of your colleagues, you reply to a few slack and email messages and log the work that you completed today. It was a good day!

You shut it down at 5:30. Sometimes you work later to meet a deadline - or when you take time off during the day to do something important. But for the most part, you try to shut it down at a decent time to get in a work out, enjoy some time with the family, and most importantly to come back tomorrow feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Help us get to know you / how to apply…

The “single click to apply” job posting is convenient, but unfortunately leads to hundreds of applicants and the high volume of unqualified applicants takes away from our ability to give proper attention to you.
