We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Analyst to join an Up and Coming company in the Healthcare/Insurance industry! They need someone with 2-5 years of Marketing Experience to Lead and manage Marketing campaign's as well as track the ROI on the campaign's. This is an onsite role. Duties:
Plan and manage various campaigns, including research, strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting/optimizations
Develop, refine, and manage online advertising campaigns across Meta, You tube, Google, and TikTok High Quality Ads with a specific Health Insurance Target.
Collaborate with various internal teams
Strategize and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
Managing and reconciling budgets, insertion orders, canceling orders, and invoices.
Generate reports to track the behavior of each campaign.
Communication is key, keep up with your team via Slack and other platforms.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
2+ years of digital advertising experience across paid media, website, social media, and email.
Experience developing and managing multi-tactic campaigns with an established budget and business objectives ($300K+ budget)
Strong analytical curiosity and creativity, as well as a flexible critical thinker and problem-solver
Strong data analysis skills
Experience leading projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
Ability to accept and incorporate feedback on work in a positive and open-minded manner.
Landing pages creation experience (WordPress)
Pixel and event installation in social platforms and landing pages
Candidates should have Healthcare or Insurance experience.
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
