Marketing Assistant

STV has a position for a Marketing Assistant to join our western region group. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and can be located in our Los Angeles or our Bellevue/Seattle office.

Responsibilities

• Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements and proposals, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)
• Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials
• Manage and update information in marketing databases
• Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes
• Miscellaneous marketing administrative support

• Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency
• 2 years or proposal experience within the AEC industry is required
• Experience in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Compensation Range

$49,243.00 - $65,658.00
