They work on a retained basis at the most senior levels across technology, operations, digital, data, cyber security, commercial and general management functions.
They have five core services: executive search, interim management, strategic intelligence, succession planning and talent planning.
The Role
I am looking for a Marketing & Brand Associate to join their Client Development & Strategy team, which supports the business across all regions progressing the work they do and impacting their brand in the market.
General Responsibilities
Working alongside their Client Development and Strategy Director to continuously improve and execute the Brand, Marketing, and PR plan for the global business.
• Working in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and Client Development and Strategy Director to develop and execute a business development strategy.
• Working within the Client Development & Strategy team, alongside the Client Development & Strategy Director and the Head of Data & Technology, on team initiatives relating to marketing, brand, data, and other strategic projects.
• Taking a lead on marketing activities around the global team including conferences, events, PR articles, paid media opportunities, and content creation.
• Custodian of the website including upgrading copy, people updates and support with content changes.
• Execute the social media strategy and manage campaigns to support MH culture messaging externally aiding in the attraction of new hires to the organization.
• Work with their Client Development and Strategy Director to design templates for company use and update branded documents on as-needed basis. Make sure brand guidelines are upheld across the group.
Skills and Requirements
Experience working within an executive environment (preferably search)
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience working within a sales environment preferred
