How You’ll Contribute

As a Marketing Campaign Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the execution of the marketing plan, and implementation of strategic initiatives to retain and increase financial professionals’ sales and brand awareness. This marketing professional will execute key marketing campaigns for financial professionals leveraging retention strategies, digital campaign tools, traditional marketing, and future innovative programs. These campaigns will target specific financial professional segments with relevant messaging intended to uncover engagement opportunities with existing and new financial professionals to generate qualified leads to Brighthouse Financial wholesalers.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing internal partnerships to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Work with internal creative team and strategic marketing agency partner to align with brand and product needs.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and execution including follow-up activity of marketing programs with distribution partners and stakeholder teams.
  • Assist with marketing plans; solicit feedback from marketing and distribution teams to continually improve universal financial professional marketing programs that are targeted to financial professionals.
  • Analyze results of activity and provide suggestions for improvement to maximize results.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

We’re Looking For People Who Have

  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
  • Project management skills requiring team facilitation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships within a cross-functional marketing team, agencies, and operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Competencies: Focuses on Customers, Produces Results, Communicates Effectively, Self-Starter
  • A strong commitment to the success of the team and organization, demonstrating adaptability, collaboration, and passion while maintaining accountability.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and apply creative problem-solving skills

  • Compensation – Base salary ranging from $50,000 - $65,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
