The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote the company's products and services. This role involves coordinating marketing initiatives, managing social media accounts, analyzing market trends, and supporting the marketing team in various administrative tasks.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies.
- Provide reports and recommendations based on research findings.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, attendee registration, and promotional materials.
- Assist in management of the company’s social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and track social media performance.
- Implement strategies to increase social media engagement and followers.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and databases.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Who we're looking for:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of DSO (Dental Service Organization) experience with a depth of knowledge around dental marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Some knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
