Job Description:

Are you passionate about great food, live music, bowling and dogs? We are looking for an ambitious marketing coordinator with experience across multiple facets of marketing to turn that passion into a career. The ideal candidate will be a fast-learner, self-starter, team player, and ready to make a meaningful impact! This position will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of restaurant marketing including, but not limited to promotions, activations/event planning, market research, public relations, social media, technology platforms and analytics.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of brand marketing programs to drive events, store openings and brand promotions.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including writing copy, project managing creative assets, proofreading, scheduling, testing, and reporting
  • Coordinating creation of promotional collateral and distribution of marketing communications across all store channels
  • Support various markets by exploring local store marketing opportunities to drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work with marketing agency partners to execute strategic campaigns 
  • Manage and execute email marketing program and optimize to improve performance
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Assist with onsite event execution as needed – occasional nights and/or weekends
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing department and the company


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with social media
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience in restaurant marketing preferred
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals and up-to-date with latest trends
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Tech savvy
