The Marketing Coordinator will support XKL’s marketing strategy. This role will partner closely with the Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives across digital, in-person, and print media. The Coordinator will support the research and development of various marketing efforts. This role will focus on driving brand awareness and engagement directly contributing to the success of XKL.
What You Will Do
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to develop selling initiatives and identify marketing tactics consistent with the business strategies.
Assist in digital initiatives including marketing automation, workflows, list building, and reporting to ensure timely and relevant communication to current and potential customers.
Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing materials to support identifying and moving potential clients through the funnel.
Coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, signage, promotional materials, and shipping of necessary equipment and materials.
Drive lead generation efforts by supporting pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and targeted outreach.
Maintain calendar of upcoming trade shows and events, ensuring timely registration and submission of required materials.
Responsible for the administration, uploading and maintaining of marketing materials and assets within an internal digital repository.
What You Will Bring
Two (2) years of experience as a marketing coordinator.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred.
Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Tech savvy. High proficiency with marketing applications and software.
Willingness to work onsite.
