Job Description

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a renowned health and wellness network. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, creative individual with a passion for digital marketing and an interest in the health and wellness industry. You'll support new exhibitor and media prospect initiatives aimed at boosting brand recognition and driving revenue growth across our portfolio of events, conferences, and media offerings.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an eager and digitally savvy marketer interested in identifying ideal prospect audiences, cultivating brand awareness, and generating demand for event and media services. A collaborative and eager-to-learn attitude is essential, as you'll work closely with the broader marketing team and interface with cross-functional units including sales, sponsorship, and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on implementing multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Develop social media campaign ideas and maintain content calendars
  • Create and maintain campaign schedules
  • Organize and update sales, content, and event materials
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Liaise with the design team on email, print, and digital assets
  • Manage project timelines and schedules
  • Occasional domestic travel for team meetings and event support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an entry-level marketing role
  • Exceptional communication skills with light copywriting and editing abilities
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and project management software is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
