Position Overview: The company is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director with a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand management to effectively promote the brand and achieve company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
