We are currently seeking a driven, hardworking, Director of Marketing to join our 100% employee-owned company.

This position supports the overall marketing program of AME Consulting Engineering.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing include:

• Responsible for firm’s overall marketing program
• Establish marketing policies and procedures
• Determine marketing objectives to meet firmwide goals
• Direct the preparation of the marketing plan
• Make commitments on behalf of the firm
• Build upon company’s brand recognition at all levels
• Work with technical staff to develop proposals and scopes of work
• Plan and schedule marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished, and deadlines are met
• Manage and mentor subordinate marketing staff
• Maintain a high profile in professional and community organizations
• Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the corporate mission
• Assist with marketing budget development and maintain budget throughout year
• Manage qualification, proposal, and presentation activities
• Manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation
• Seek business opportunities for firm
• Research and gather information on potential clients and projects
• Schedule meetings with new/existing clients to discover project information
• Develop and maintain strong business network
• Manage client satisfaction program
• Coordinate with Business Development team for business development goals and activities

Qualifications of the Director of Marketing include:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years marketing experience, at least 7 years of AEC experience recommended
• Master’s degree preferred
• Thorough understanding of the AEC industry terminology and procedures
• Professional demeanor that enables the candidate to interact with industry professionals both inside and outside of the firm
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Driven, hardworking, takes pride in their work
• Persistent, able to follow through in a consistent manor and document efforts
• Experience tracking and analyzing efforts and meeting benchmarks
