We are currently hiring a remote Marketing Director!!

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or specific business units and brands within the organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You'll be managing the marketing team, budgeting, market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's marketing goals.

The position pays $104,000 - $130,000 and requires light travel.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the company's sales lead generation program, to ensure the development and execution of strategies that drive high-quality leads to the sales team. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead and manage ongoing updates and enhancements to the company website, working closely with external web development partners to ensure the site remains current, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's branding and strategic goals.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports to senior management, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, human resources, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies, implementing new tools and practices as appropriate.

What skills and certifications will you be bringing to the position?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing in the MSP industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in the following tools: WordPress, Salesforce/Pardot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Products
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Strategic mindset
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
