Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and tenant conversion. This role focuses on creating effective campaigns that increase website traffic, enhance our social media presence, and optimize Marketing and CRM processes with Yardi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation and tenant conversion strategies.
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
• Integrate and enhance Yardi CRM to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on content creation and align marketing strategies with property goals.

Qualifications:

• YARDI IS A MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in real estate/ asset management.
• Proven success in lead generation and campaign management.
• Expertise in digital marketing and CRM systems, especially Yardi.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
