Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Manage and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, content creation, and traditional advertising channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven track record in creating and executing marketing strategies that deliver business results.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
