Marketing Events Coordinator - Remote | WFH

Your Role

This is a remote position. As our Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing SafelyYou's events programs. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will help drive lead generation and support our mission to revolutionize care for our aging population. We're seeking a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute all SafelyYou events, including executive conferences, trade shows, virtual experiences, and company offsites.

Manage logistics for conferences from start to finish, including booth development, production, setup/teardown, and shipping logistics.

Support speaker/presenter application processes and manage event-related communications.

Utilize Salesforce to track event interactions and report on ROI regularly.

Design and implement outreach strategies and lead nurture campaigns.

Assist in email marketing template creation, testing, and execution.

Maintain relationships with industry associations and manage internal communications tools.

Coordinate marketing materials and ensure accuracy and currency of resources.

Support Other Marketing Initiatives And Company Goals As Needed.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience as an events coordinator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in managing virtual, in-person, and hybrid event formats.

Experience in senior living, B2B, healthcare, or technology events is preferred.

Passionate about our mission and eager to contribute to our growth.

Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.

Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana), Salesforce, and Slack.

Willingness to occasionally travel (up to 10% of the time).

Copywriting experience is a plus.
