Marketing Graphics and Promotions Supervisor

Function: Coordinate all special events, sponsorships, promotions/contests and Grand Openings for all business units. Assist in the planning and execution of all in-store marketing produced visuals.

Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Create distribution lists and graphic spec sheets for each graphic project.
  • Assist in the bid and buy process for graphic projects.
  • Work directly with print vendors on proof approvals, prototype creation, production timing and delivery.
  • Assist the visual merchandising team with store communication and direction for stores.
  • Support stores with necessary execution direction, installation, and graphic replacements.
  • Partner with Supply Services team on necessary fulfillment inventory and SKU requests.
  • Grand opening coordination:
  • Maintain store lists and status sheet.
  • Maintain all grand opening deadlines with print, digital support, radio, & communication.
  • Create Store Direction and Execution Communication.
  • Create radio scripts and work with agency on recording.
  • Coordinate all in-store promotional events/contests.
  • Communicate with store teams, field team leaders, operations, and all of marketing on grand opening direction and timelines.
  • Promotion, Sponsorship and Event coordination (works directly with Sr. Manager Promotions and Production).
  • All other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

  • Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must have full body rotation & mobility.
  • Ability to stand on feet for 50% of day.
  • Use computer 80% of the day.
  • Ability to travel to stores and off-site locations; with potential occasional weekend travel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum BA or BS degree preferably in Advertising or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years work-related experience in a retail store preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal & written.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks & projects.
  • Organized & able to prioritize work.
  • Strong ability to delegate and lead a group of people.
