Position: Unpaid Internship (with potential to transition into a paid role in 12 months)

About Us: At A Touch of Aging, we are dedicated to providing support for individuals navigating chronic illness and caregiving. We partner with local churches and communities to offer valuable resources and a compassionate network. As we grow, we are seeking motivated college students to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.

Roles Available:

• Social Media Strategy Intern
• Community Outreach Intern

We are looking to hire three interns

Program Curriculum:

Social Media Strategy Intern:

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan
• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement
• Learn and apply social media strategy best practices

Community Outreach Intern:

• Grow and market our community to local churches and organizations in your community
• Build relationships with church leaders and community members
• Organize and promote events and workshops
• Develop outreach strategies to connect with those in need of our services

Qualifications:

• College student looking to expand their marketing and social media knowledge
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work-from-home environment
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Creative, high-energy, and willing to learn
• Familiarity with Canva and social media trends is a plus
• For Community Outreach Intern: Comfortable in a church environment and has a relationship with the Lord (preferred but not required)
• Available for 10 hours weekly (flexible on days and times)
