Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

The Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing an industry leading 360° marketing strategy to help support and deliver against BYREDO business objectives in the Americas across wholesale, amenities and indie store distribution. The top candidate will develop best-in-class marketing and communications strategies to support and achieve business objectives in the region. Meet growth targets and contribute to overall brand goals across fragrance, makeup and ByProduct categories.


What you’ll get to do:

  • Develop and execute 260 marketing plans for seasonal product launches, campaigns, and evergreen opportunities in wholesale, amenities, and indies.
  • Execute a winning marketing strategy with Global Brand Marketing, including co-op management (digital, social, print, visualization), events, launch cadence, assortment, sampling campaigns, and new counter openings.
  • Ensure consistent omnichannel brand footprint and streamlined communication to global markets.
  • Manage global requests, local briefs, recaps, budget, forecasting, gifting, and other levers to ensure business health.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Training, VM, Global, Demand Planning, Wholesale, Retail, Ecommerce, external agencies) for product launches, events, sampling, and other collateral.
  • Propose creative and strategic initiatives, exploring new partnerships and supporting brand awareness activations.
  • Lead all aspects of launch and brand initiatives (brand activations, wholesale trade marketing, PR, media, partnerships, amenities).
  • Partner with the head of Wholesale for in-store experience, events, campaign execution, VM, sampling, education, POSM, Paid Co-op/digital, CRM & CTA tactics, PR, partnerships, and amenities.
  • Plan bi-annual market meetings, internal sales & strategy summits, and post-market initiatives.
  • Support leadership in strategic presentations and recaps.
  • Manage forecasting process with demand planning, supply chain, and distribution teams for all innovation and evergreen needs.
  • Execute region communications strategy with Global Comms and PR agency (pitching, events, seeding & gifting, influencer targeting, partnerships).
  • Monitor sales and product performance for category analysis and drive anticipation/reactivity.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience across all doors and touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on luxury and beauty trends, championing change and success.
  • Deploy Global Brand Marketing vision through product launch, image/campaign, events, and evergreen in line with US targets and budget.
  • Manage relationships and projects with agencies and third-party partners (PR, Talent, Amenities, Media & OOH).
  • Develop strong working relationships with Sales Operations and Demand Planning for strategic forecasts and launch calendar management.
  • Strategize and execute product launch and evergreen opportunities with the Marketing Team.
  • Oversee BYREDO amenity program (distribution strategy, assortments, and partnerships).
  • Drive POSM forecasting process for demand planning and sales goal support.


We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the prestige fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Omnichannel focus and orientation in approach to business priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor.


Compensation:

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000.00 - $115,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
