Marketing Manager – San Francisco, CA – Up to $100k

We are working with a family-owned restaurant group with five distinct restaurant brands who is seeking a creative, data-driven, and hardworking Marketing Manager based in San Francisco who is passionate about marketing and the hospitality industry.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to enhance and execute the company's marketing strategy. They will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze market trends to identify opportunities, and develop innovative promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness. Additionally, the role involves overseeing social media presence and engaging with customers to drive brand loyalty and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales across multiple channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and blog content to improve visibility and conversions.
• Oversee social media content, influencer programs, and paid ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Handle guest reviews, website updates, and concierge referral programs.
• Lead creative projects like photoshoots, video shoots, and media advertisements.

What they are looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing management role within the hospitality industry
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Basic photography and videography skills using iPhone or Android
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, and experience in restaurant or travel marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent with strong English communication skills
