Join a dynamic Product Marketing team as a Marketing Manager at my Fortune 150 client headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.! We are seeking a talented individual to drive impactful marketing strategies for our products and services. If you have experience creating Annual Marketing Plans (AMPs), managing multiple marketing projects, and working on large enterprise campaigns, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic annual marketing plans to translate program claims into benefits, maximizing customer response rates and ROI.
- Lead and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Marketing Manager to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
- Translate program goals into marketing objectives, ensuring effective execution and dynamic customer targeting.
- Track marketing costs, manage invoices, and address regulatory requests related to marketing expenses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize marketing strategies and channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities, including giveaways and collateral.
- Develop marketing presentations for quarterly business reviews and secure marketing channels for cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure outbound marketing quality assurance and protect customer data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating Annual Marketing Plans (AMPs); examples of past work are highly encouraged to be submitted.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and organize multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working on agency or large enterprise marketing campaigns.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Advanced application of marketing theories and principles.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Experience in the utility industry and with customer-specific marketing.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Additional Information:
- Hybrid work environment.
- Experience with newsletter content agencies, external marketing agencies, and product management vendors is a plus.
