Job Description:

The Marketing Manager II will drive marketing initiatives to boost subscriptions and increase awareness for a major digital entertainment platform. This role requires hands-on campaign execution, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position is hybrid, with a requirement to work on-site three days a week at one of the specified locations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns to drive subscription growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
• Support the team with manual processes and standardize workflows across the organization.
• Present findings and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and cross-functional program management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, charts, pivot tables).
• Experience in project management or program management.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
