Job Title: Marketing Manager I

Location-Type: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Start Date Is: 9/3/24

Duration: 9-month contract

Compensation Range: $25-35/hr W2

Job Description:

• Execute marketing initiatives such as events, digital campaigns, and content creation to drive customer engagement.
• Develop and implement multivariate tests across multiple marketing channels.
• Create and manage project schedules and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and potential blockers to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the evolution and improvement of existing marketing programs, and develop processes and playbooks for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Proven ability to manage and build scalable processes for marketing initiatives.
• Experience with multivariate testing across marketing channels.
• Proficiency with an Email Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Marketo.
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices and the ability to apply them using existing tools and processes.
