Marketing Manager
Our client, a large ecommerce company in Seattle, is looking for a Marketing Manager for a 10-month onsite contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing onsite marketing campaigns that drive strong customer engagement for both seasonal events and business-as-usual periods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement an annual marketing strategy, ensuring that each campaign aligns with our overall business goals. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, as you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
This is a 10-month contract position that is fully onsite in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute onsite marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive revenue during both seasonal events and business-as-usual periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and analytics, to build and implement annual marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and recommendations for optimizing future marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead the creative development process for campaigns, including brief creation, asset management, and final execution.
- Continuously test and iterate campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for customer engagement.
- Support the broader marketing team with strategic insights and initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on building and executing onsite campaigns.
- Proven experience developing, launching, and optimizing cross-functional marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
