DETAILS: Marketing Manager
Title: Marketing Manager
Type: Direct-Hire Full-Time Opportunity
Compensation: $95,000 -$115,000 Base (D.O.E.) + Benefits+ Eligibility for up to 12% bonus
OVERVIEW: Marketing Manager
We are looking for with Marketing Manager to join an industry-leading organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the restaurant, convenience, or hospitality industries. This role will lead marketing efforts for a key division of this company, you will be seen as the subject matter expert collaborating with other departments to ensure the company’s products/offerings are positioned to drive growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Manager
- Responsible for all market research & insights pertaining to: Channel Insights, Espresso Category, Competition within the industry, Customer Targeting
- Report executive summaries with learnings and insights gained to leadership team and sales from purchased reports, industry events & webinars
- Restaurant Industry knowledge a plus for QSR, Bakery/Café, and C-Store.
- Identifies, analyzes, and maintains an understanding of both the industry and key relevant trends; prioritizes and applies this knowledge to key marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with team and works independently delivering research and insights to the team.
- Works cross functionally to introduce new trends and competitive data to Sales and Leadership
- Competitive Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
- Challenger sales lead (supporting customer presentations with relevant trend support, insight messages, etc.)
- Market Sizing Research - US Market Share, work with global
- Use research and insights to drive digital strategy for SEO & SEA Strategy
- Manage and report performance on the following digital platforms: Website, Webshop and Customer Portal
- Contributes to the development of strategic marketing plans
REQUIREMENTS: Marketing Manager
- BS/BA Degree required, preferably in Marketing
- 5+ years’ marketing experience
