We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Partner's marketing team. This role will support the Customer Advocacy Program Manager with strategic and scalable customer programs that drive retention marketing initiatives. The focus of this role is to drive customer advocacy in the construction industry by supporting the Customer Advocacy Program Manager. A successful contributor in this role will have a collaborative style, demonstrate flexibility, and be driven to help the team and the customer succeed.
Responsibilities
Support comprehensive customer advocacy programs such as customer advocate tracking and customer award programs.
Create and manage the internal advocate newsletter creation and distribution.
Track and manage updates to the internal customer quote library and internal customer logo library.
Support high-priority customer programs for our Partner’s industry conference, and University.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer or retention marketing, or other relevant marketing experience required.
Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or a related field.
Customer-obsessed with a “what’s best for the customer” and “customer-first” mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, empathy, and ability to get things done in a collaborative team environment.
Work well with time-sensitive project deadlines.
Flexible, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
Pay Rate: $56/h (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract
