The Marketing Operations Coordinator position is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning about marketing operations, revenue operations, and marketing automation. You will spend your first 90 days at Nomad learning the basics and becoming fully immersed in marketing operations. After ramp-up, you will officially begin your Coordinator duties by joining client accounts and owning marketing operations tasks. This is a great position for anyone who loves to learn and has wanted to join the MOPs space but hasn't been able to gain the experience necessary to apply.
As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will build your foundation in Marketing Automation, Technology and Operations. You will gain experience in Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce, Bizible, Drift, LeanData, and many more!
In this role, you will
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Facilitate effective communication between clients and project teams
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up notes
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on client deliverables
Acknowledge and address client concerns or issues promptly
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Participate in team meetings and provide regular project updates
Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development
Perform other duties as assigned
The Coordinator role is entry-level, but you will have a high level of exposure from the get-go. The ideal candidate is ready to jump into a wide range of projects that will expand your learning!
In this role, we require you to have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
