Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage marketing project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Track and measure the performance of marketing programs to identify areas for optimization.
- Manage day-to-day marketing program updates and timelines.
- Review and track contract deal points to ensure that all contract deal points and obligations are met and fulfilled.
- Assist in managing the annual marketing calendar and planning processes.
- Implement and maintain best practices for marketing operations across the team.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
- Develop and coordinate scalable processes and tools to support the marketing department.
- Collaborate with the marketing team leads to ensure alignment and accountability in project execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to drive aligned decision-making.
- Analyze department data to propose operational changes that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and implement data and technology solutions to optimize marketing workflows.
- Ensure that all contract deal points for sponsorships are reviewed, tracked, and met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, leveraging data-driven analysis to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness over time.
- Willingness and ability to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, specifically Asana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Program Planning and Execution: Proficiency in overseeing end-to-end program
and measuring results.
- Marketing Calendar Management: Skill in managing an annual marketing calendar
