  • Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

  • Oversee the lead management process, ensuring leads are captured, scored, and routed to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Implement and optimize lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals, particularly in lead qualification and conversion.
  • Implement processes to ensure the marketing database is kept up to date.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor marketing expenditures and provide analysis and recommendations to optimize budget utilization.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure performance expectations are met and value is delivered.

Vendor Research & Contract Negotiations:

  • Assist with the research, evaluation, and selection of vendors for marketing tools, services, and events.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring terms align with company budget and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure selected vendors meet event requirements.

Compliance & Data Privacy:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data privacy laws and implement necessary changes to marketing operations.
