We are searching for a skilled professional to manage day-to-day business operations, deeply understand driving factors behind our KPIs, and influence our strategic direction through data-driven insights. You'll be at the heart of decision-making, crafting narratives around business results, leading performance initiatives, and ensuring alignment across various cross-functional teams.

• Manage business operations and analyze KPIs to develop strategic plans for improving performance.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business results, identifying trends and performing root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for performance acceleration in coordination with cross-functional leaders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities, driving necessary pivots or enhancements.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in strategic or business performance and/or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Docs, Excel, Tableau, SQL) and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
