Marketing Project Coordinator
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with our client, a leader in the family entertainment space, on a temporary Marketing Project Coordinator opportunity.
Contract: Length TBD
Pay: $33-36 per hour
Location: Remote, USA
Required Industry Background: Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Scope of Work:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the marketing team and necessary parties
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, track to-dos, and address issues
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to elevate accountability
- Coordinate and support the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and other initiatives
- Monitor and track project progress, performance, and timelines weekly
- Prepare detailed weekly project reports and presentations for leadership
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing materials and deliverables
