Primary Function

The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for building and leading the daily operations of the Marketing & Communications and acts as project manager for special projects in support of the team’s strategic objectives. This position requires someone with strong administration skills who can independently lead projects and multi-task across teammates and functional areas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Builds, leads, and coordinates daily operations of the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Triages all incoming requests and ensures the team’s calendars are aligned with the priorities of the organization.
  • Utilizes and champions best practice governance and project management tools and processes for the effective and consistent management of all small scale projects.
  • Provides direct and indirect support to Marketing & Communications team members and their projects in the form of tools, roadmaps, and training that facilitate consistent execution across the portfolio and corporate functions.
  • Liaisons with leaders and colleagues across all functional areas to coordinates needs of and requests for Marketing & Communication support.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • BS/BA degree is preferred, or relevant experience that would be commensurate with a degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a member of senior management required.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded or private equity backed organization preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to accomplish tasks quickly, simplify existing processes, to help the organization operate more efficiently
  • Ability to utilize discretion and independent judgement
  • Excellent organizational skills, clerical skills, and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization with an accelerated growth profile.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, meticulous attention to detail, demonstrates time-management skills, including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects.
