The client is a Big 5 bank ’ s top advisory group with over 25 years of success working with a very select group of ultra-high net worth, and family office individuals. The group is currently looking for a Marketing and Project Coordinator to continue to expand our existing digital channels and explore new ways to reach prospect clients our group can best serve.
Position Overview
We are searching for a marketing and project coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with our organization’s goals and social mission . This position provides a wide variety of day-to-day tasks, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to explore many different interests and use a variety of skills . This opportunity is aligned with an individual who is passionate about our brand and digital presence and exploring new ways to reach , engage and convert prospective opportunities into clients.
This individual will answer to the group ’ s Business Leader and work closely with our Communications Consultant, the Executive Director of our Social Mission, internal and external partners, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Objectives of this role
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business and social mission goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Support the development and maintenance of internal marketing tools, including prospect databases
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy , and that of the social mission organization
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Conduct research of market trends, client behaviour , and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analysing and summarizing data
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to leadership
- Create digital communication content to connect with the brand’s audience
- Employing and analysing web analytics to create and revise digital content to increase the number of target audience reached
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Manage our groups relationship with our partners and vendors to ensure website media, copy, social media posts, and physical and digital assets are properly maintained
- Ensure the brand’s assets are being used correctly by team members
- Conceptualize, create, and design physical marketing material and collateral in line with branding guidelines
- Conceptualize, film , coordinate and edit videos to send to clients and/or post on our website
- Work with vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Plan meetings, events, and conferences by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Lead, photograph, and edit team group and individual photos
- Support new business by developing custom digital and print proposal templates
- Create slide deck templates
- Carry out full cycle marketing campaigns
- Set marketing goals
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
- 2- 3 years ’ experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research, and measuring and evaluating the success of marketing activities
- Excellent ability using the Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom, etc.)
- Excellent ability using Microsoft Suite Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- General understanding and ability to navigate w ebsite host platforms (WordPress, Digital Agent)
- Experience and interest using design , email software and marketing tools (Canva, Keynote, MailChimp, etc.)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tool s
- Manage SEO/SEM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Interest in and aptitude at photography and videography
- Detailed data management and document management skills
- Creative and innovative
- Takes initiative and proposes new projects or opportunities to the group
- Extremely keen eye for detail

- Working in the office while training is taking place with flexibility surrounding remote working once training is complete .
