Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve overseeing and supporting various marketing projects from inception to completion. The coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. This position serves as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and team communication.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication plans.

Break down projects into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities, track progress, and manage deadlines.

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress to address potential issues.

Prepare regular project status reports, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure team alignment using project management platforms.

Strategy And Execution Support

Align marketing efforts with business goals by executing process improvements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring.

Assist in organizing promotional presentations and updating marketing calendars.

Content Creation And Management

Aid in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Manage the creation, editing, and scheduling of marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners involved in marketing projects.

Ensure brand compliance across marketing materials and content management systems.

Data Analysis And Reporting

Collect and analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Generate reports with data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies using analytics tools.

Administrative And Operational Support

Manage the marketing team's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel logistics.

Track project budgets, manage expenses, and oversee resource allocation.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, creating presentations, and managing databases.

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing project coordination or similar roles.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
