Where you fit in
The Product Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet the required standards and objectives. This role involves coordinating with different teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution
- Manage projects based on product marketing deliverables
- Storytelling ability and background in developing product messaging for demo/marketing requests
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to address issues and risks
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources
- Communicate project status, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, standards, and best practices
- Identify and address potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide support to team members as needed
- Evaluate project performance and gather feedback to improve processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project)
- Video editing experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage project challenges proactively
- The employee will be required to travel up to 20% of the time for trade shows
