Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager. This is a fully remote position that will align to PST hours.
*This job is a 1-year W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure all project goals are on track and improve existing processes for the Marketing team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously as well as delivering on these projects on time.
Responsibilities
Spearhead marketing operations projects, driving alignment across cross-functional teams and partners
Develop project plans end-to-end, building roadmaps, and driving company-wide deliverables on a timeline
Present business insights across internal teams on a weekly and monthly basis, to improve marketing strategy and generate tangible results
Communicate to project stakeholders actionable items, preventing future roadblocks and mitigating existing challenges
Monitor project progress through metrics, using analytics to execute operational improvements, and implement feedback from stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in marketing operations management, leveraging use of tools such as Figma & Dropbox
Working knowledge of Asana & Smartsheet project management tools
Prior experience in the SaaS or fintech industry preferred!
