TCP Software is seeking a passionate, organized, and collaborative individual to join our growing marketing team. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans. This role will involve hands-on program management of demand and lead generation tactics across a wide array of online and offline channels, including but not limited to web, search, email, brand, paid media, cross-channel, product/content marketing, operations, and events.

Working both as a team member and leader to ensure flawless execution of complex projects across the organization. This position will ensure that all scope, quality, budgetary and scheduling targets, and requirements are met, ensuring consistent communication of all facets of the project occurs.

You will be responsible for managing the project management tool and building foundational best practices across internal request processes, project templates, and continually striving to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage project management tool and roadmap with a focus on integrations, scalability, and visibility.
  • Work with the Marketing stakeholders to create and manage the marketing calendar including but not limited to email deployments, campaign launches, product releases, and events.
  • Participate in development of integrated marketing plans with the marketing operations, web, creative, demand generation, and content marketing.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules for all marketing initiatives using our project management system.
  • Own the planning calendar: assign deliverables at the channel level, manage timelines, cross-functional planning meetings, and seasonal campaign kick-off meetings.
  • Assign project tasks and timing to teams based on project goals and schedule.
  • Provide daily ongoing project status to internal business partners.
  • ct status meetings with business partners and cross-functional teams, to generate action plans and maintain project schedules.
  • Work with external vendors to facilitate project progression.
  • Drive ongoing recommendations and process improvements to support the business needs.
  • Support the Marketing team on reporting key insights and driving actions to ensure marketing campaign delivery.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience with project management theory and best practices
  • Familiar with marketing project management software (Monday.com, Workfront, Assana, JIRA)
  • A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to complete complicated projects.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of direction or oversight.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Communicate effectively among peers and senior management.
  • Ability to think creatively & strategically, with a strong business mindset.
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role.
