Marketing Supervisor

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to guide our marketing team and reinforce our reputation as a leader in innovation.

Our new Marketing Supervisor for St. Charles, MO will play a crucial role in expanding our brand and delivering strategic solutions for our sales and services. The driving force behind our growth is the leadership of skilled and dedicated supervisors. This role will include the following:

Brief Summary of Duties:

  • Working with other departments on various types of marketing projects by
  • Developing engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  • Write copy for advertisements, blog posts, social media, and other materials.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and make informed marketing decisions by managing the marketing budget
  • Ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
  • Perform maintenance tasks which include but are not limited to graphic, video and/or writing tasks.
  • Provide support for any on-going marketing-related projects by creating analytics and reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams on product development & market positioning by working closely with all sales and other departments.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and ensure high performance, including regular team meetings to discuss ongoing and future projects.
  • Keep employee records such as weekly timecards, attendance points, annual reviews, and PIPs
  • Occasional travel may be required for company-driven events and meetings. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.


Skills and/or Education Requirements:

  • GED/High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Organizational skills to plan and execute marketing campaigns within deadlines.
  • Strong business, organization and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of principals and methods of sales, marketing and customer services for showing, promoting and selling products and services.
  • Skills in graphic design for visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency in business and marketing software and tools (i.e. Microsoft office suit, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress and social media platforms)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Experience Required:

  • Ability to handle constructive criticism
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Designing and leading a social media Marketing Campaigns to a broad and diverse audience
  • Building both paper and digital marketing campaigns

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

  • Some College and/or 2+ years of Marketing/Advertising or related discipline
  • Basic understanding of video and/or image editing.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of cultures and nationalities
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in supervising and directing employees


Strong networking skills and ability to implement marketing strategies, basic understanding of coding and video production, and ability to coordinate the various aspects of web management to maximize the site's effectiveness as a marketing tool are preferred but not required for this position.
