Load and unload steel parts on production equipment
Assist in moving materials, placing materials in jigs or removing them from jigs within various areas of production as directed
Operate low level production equipment with training
Keep work area clean
Become proficient using a fork truck. Fort truck training is provided
Lift 75 pounds continuously throughout the day using proper lifting techniques
On-the-job training is provided as needed
Requirements/ General info
Employees must supply their own steel-toe shoes
Tools, supplies, equipment, and safety gear are provided
Employees may be assigned to work at one or both plants in Earlville, Iowa
The normal schedule is 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30 pm
There is the potential to work up to 20 hours of overtime per week during peak seasons
No work on Sundays
Pay increases based on work performance, including attendance
Employees must have the physical abilities to complete the duties below

Dependability: Be on time and demonstrate regular shift attendance as assigned
Job Performance: Complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely
Conduct: Follow worksite rules and regulations. Employees who violate worksite rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment
Shared employee hosuing and transportation to and from work is provided.
