Elementary Math Coach ~ J. Ralph McIlvaine Early Childhood Center

This is a full-time Math Coach position at McIlvaine Early Childhood Center for the 2024-2025 school year. Individuals who possess Elementary Education Certification or Middle School Math certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have successful teaching experience (a minimum of 5 years of classroom experience preferred). Strong math background required. Experience working a variety of settings also preferred (PreK / Early Childhood, MLL, special education, etc.). The successful candidate will be supporting teachers in classrooms, providing small group instruction, and leading professional development in a variety of settings. This is a full-time temporary position since it is starting after the beginning of the school year.

Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Elementary Education. Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out of state teaching license.

SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.

• All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
