Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Required Keywords: -AVIATION OR AERO OR AVIONICS OR GROE OR AVIONICS OR OR BOEING OR GARMIN OR AIRCRAFT OR SPACECRAFT AND (REPAIR OR RESTORE).
• Aerospace experience or mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Product focused and add value by changing the current design to support business objectives.
• Ensure a disciplined and data driven approach is utilized for technical decisions.
• Support (GROE) Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering productivity goals utilizing the Value Creation Process.
• Drive (GROE) Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering material savings financial acumen to ensure productivity compliance.
• Develop innovative repair designs to restore Aftermarket parts and alleviate shortages.
• Operate as a team member in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and Client Operating System (HOS).
• Establish a technical interface between Client customer support representatives and customers.
• Partner with our customers to identify and execute actions to drives future growth opportunities.
• Site Repair Development Engineer.
