I'm partnered with a consultancy looking to add a Mechanical Designer to their team to be focused on HVAC design. Ideally, you'd have a background in the architecture sector although, we are open to other experience with transferrable skills.

Skills & Technical Responsibilities:

• Creation of 3D Revit models for various building types and structures.
• Preparation and management of BIM models.
• Utilization of Revit models to generate precise and well-coordinated drawing sets encompassing plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Non-degreed technical personnel should have at least 5+ years of experience with increasing project involvement and responsibility.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with additional software such as Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion, and rendering tools is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
